Watching Zac Posen's video for his 2007 resort collection I zone out and am immediately transported to a daydream of me wearing these beautiful, romantic gowns and under-garments, trying on shoes and jewelry and running around in a huge old Victorian mansion with not a care in the world. Imagining tea time, frolicking in the meadow, lounging on a chaise in the morning sun, playing dress up, dancing by the fireplace...and then I come back to reality and I am thankful I saw Posen's Ma Vendeuse on style.com and it made me smile and feel like I was a lady of leisure for just a moment.
