Linda Loudermilk

I am in love with Linda Loudermilk's Fall 2007 Collection. It is so feminine and luxurious and just makes the women wearing her designs just float like air. Linda has coined luxury eco (tm) as an emerging fashion movement. She started her company back in 2002, when it wasn't understood how vital it was to be thinking outside of the box in terms of alternative materials to use in fashion design. Loudermilk's fabrics are made of sasawashi, bamboo, sea cell, soya and other exotic self-sustaining plants. The next step, like with many things will be to see how we can make eco-fashion affordable and more accessible to you and me. I will do some investigating and get back to you.

Lafco New York - Henri Bendel

From the Lafco New York House and Home Collection comes my new home office candle! I love this refreshingly crisp and comforting scent combination of rosemary and eucalyptus and when I smelled it, I instantly knew I had to have it. I am extremely picky when it comes to candle scents and my favorites are few and far between and I'm telling you, this one I can't get enough of. This natural soy based candle's aroma is rich, yet subtly so true to fragrance and perfectly balanced. As I am writing this, I realize I must share with you my other favorite, Henri Bendel's Firewood Candle, which reminds me of going for walks with my family on a winter day back in Maine. Now you know. These are the 2 best candles ever. Thank you.

My husband and I just celebrated our One Year Wedding Anniversary on September 9th!
